OSMOND, Margaret (nee Smith) – Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at the Agnes Pratt Home on Sunday, May 28th, 2017, at the age of 72. Predeceased by her husband Robert “Bob” (2008), infant grandson Carter, parents Maxwell and Angela Smith, mother and father-in-law Cyril and Jessie Osmond. Leaving to mourn with fond and cherished memories her three loving and adored children: Susan (Paul), Cathy (Bobby) and Robert (Stephanie); her pride and joy and the light of her life granddaughter Olivia; sister Sarah (Clarence, deceased); brother Philip, also leaving to mourn nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A special thank you to her second family the staff at the Agnes Pratt Home, Stella Burry Unit. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made to the Agnes Pratt Home or the Alzheimer Society of Newfoundland and Labrador. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Tuesday, May 30th from 12pm-9pm. Funeral service will be held from Barrett’s Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, May 31st at 11am, interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Kemount Road.
