BUSH, Gerald Patrick “Gerry” – Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on Monday, August 14, 2017, Gerry Bush, age 83 years. Predeceased by his loving wife of 53 years, Beatrice Bush (nee Morgan); parents: Frederick and Agnes Bush; parents-in-law: Julius and Marjorie Morgan; brothers: Jack Bush, Francis Bush (Lillian), Leo Bush (Theresa), Fred Bush (Theresa); sisters: Ellen “Nell” Gentry and Carmelita Richards (Michael). Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, brother, Ed Bush (Olive); sisters-in-law: Geraldine Morgan (Richard) and Jocelyn Morgan; brothers-in-law: Gord Morgan (Midge), Gerry Morgan (Rosalyn), Nelson Morgan (Dallas) and Cecil Morgan; special cousin and caregiver, Christina Osmond; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Special thank you to the wonderful staff and caregiver at Alderwood Estates, Witless Bay, for their care and compassion during Gerry’s short but enjoyable stay. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Thursday, August 17 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral service will take place on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at 11:00am, with interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
