NOBLE, Elsie Melvina (nee Lush) – Passed away surrounded by love on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at St. Patrick’s Mercy Home, St. John’s, NL Elsie Melvina Noble age 97 years. Predeceased by her husband Earl; parents: Kenneth and Emma Lush (Jackson’s Arm, White Bay, NL); brothers: Max and Reginald Lush; sisters: Triffina Taylor and Gladys Puddester. Leaving to mourn are her children: Earl Keith (Linda), Kevin James (Daphne) and Kathy Elizabeth Noble; grandchildren: Sarah, Christopher, Earl, Laura and Emily; great grandchildren: Sophie, Isaac, Eva, Carson and Owen; sisters: Elizabeth Williams and Marie Porter; as well as a large circle of dear cousins, family and friends. We are forever grateful to the staff of St. Pat’s Mercy Home for their wonderful and compassionate care. Visitation to be held at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Saturday from 7-9pm and then on Sunday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral service to be held from Barrett’s Chapel on Monday, September 18, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
