Blackmore, Lancelot -Passed away at Health Science Centre, St. John’s, on Sunday, October 15, 2017, at age 80. Formerly of Port Union. Left with fond and loving memories his wife Geraldine; daughter Elizabeth McReavy (Brian) of Wisconsin; son Clifford of Manitoba; grandchildren: Colin and Caitlin McReavy, and Karalyn Blackmore; sisters: Aleta Bursey (Roland), and Colleen Nyce (Clarence); brothers: John (Val), Fred (Isabel), Albert (Linda), Jerry (Jill), Dan (Joy), Doug, and Rodney; also a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. Interment to take place at later date. Donations in Lance’s memory may be made to Grand Bank Lions Club where he served as a long time member.
