Condolence: When I saw you today at the Funeral Home, I had
rehearsed what I was going to say to you. We met,
had a hug,you talked first and totally made ME
feel at ease.Let me tell you now what I was not
going to say. I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL.Blanche, I lost
a friend I've known for half of my life; whereas
you have lost the LOVE OF YOUR LIFE. Always beyond
the humour, was a kind and generous soul. He will
be missed.

Condolence: We met Rick while on a cruise years ago and have been solid friends ever since. Rick's sense of humour was very special, capable of changing an ordinary day into a very memorable day. So many stories, so many laughs and the photos to remind us of them all. Blanche, may your memories and the love of family and friends give you strength in the days ahead. Love, Heather and Alan.

Condolence From: Lois and Bill Heather
Condolence: We first met Rick and Blanche on a cruise in 2004. As soon as they sat down beside us at dinner, we became friends. Since that time we have travelled many times with them, walking the decks of ships and in towns and cities in many countries, always with much laughter. They visited our family in the summer of 2015 and we enjoyed a reunion with more of their friends while they were here. We will miss Rick's laughter and constant sense of humour. He was a true gentleman and a good friend. Our sincere sympathy to you Blanche and to your entire family at this very difficult and sad time. Love Lois and Bill
