Frank was a few years younger than me but I remember him being very present in Mount Pearl and he was always a popular guy. A straight shooter for sure. The Osmond family were involved in the community and worked hard to help make it grow and flourish especially in sports where they did plenty of volunteer work. My condolences go out to the friends and family.
