Pretty, Theodore (Ted) Simeon -February 14, 1940 - March 22, 2018
Passed peacefully away at St. Claire's Mercy Hospital on March 22, 2018. Predeceased by his parents Nellie and Simeon Pretty (Dildo); his parents-in-law Mary and Eugene Smith (Norman's Cove); brothers Rex and Gerald; Sister Velma; Son-in-law Shawn (Jessie); Sister-in-law Vera Pitts and his special canine friend Molly.

Left to mourn his loving wife of 55 years Mildred Pretty (Smith), his daughter Pam and son Chris (Debbie). His much loved grandchildren: Amanda, Ryan, Jeffrey and Nicole. Special niece Nellie Smith. Sister: Beulah. Brothers-in-law: Gordon Smith (Kay), Bill Smith (Dee) and Len Pitts. Sisters-in law: Frances Pretty and Linda Smith. Nieces and Nephews: Danny, Graham, Ford, Velma, Ted, Cora, Rebecca, Rodney, Kim, Karen, Janine, Stacey, Renee and Jodi. As well as a large number of extended family and friends.

A special thank you to the staff of 4 West at St. Claire's Mercy Hospital.
Visitation will take place at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Ave, Mt. Pearl from 2p.m. 4p.m. and 7p.m. – 9p.m. on Sunday.

Funeral service to be held at the Parish of the Ascension, Smallwood Drive, Mount Pearl on Monday, March 26 at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donation in his memory can be made to the Parish of the Ascension. Please visit www.barretts.ca to sign the online guestbook
