Condolence: I am another retired Royal Banker who worked with your Mom at Main Branch. She was a fine lady in all senses of the word. As I was a "Junior" at the bank, Dot was always very friendly and helpful and made you feel there was no such thing as a "dumb" question. We had a special connection as she was one of the few at the branch who worked with my Grand Father who was Manager of Main Branch from 1935 until after the war. She often spoke to me about "Mr Baxter" and them working together. That was very special to me as my Grand Father died when I was very young and I did not know him. My condolences to all her family.

Condolence: To Dorothy's Family: I am so sorry to learn of Dorothy's passing. Dot (as she was affectionately known)and I first worked together way back in the 60's at the Main Branch of RBC. She was always a fun person to be around and a very dedicated employee. We occasionally "bumped into each other" over the years and it was always nice to see her and chat about old times at the bank. Although you will miss her greatly,I hope you will cherish your fond memories of your times together. God bless you all as you say goodbye to a very resilient woman.

Condolence: To Doug, Carol and Kathy: So sorry to hear of Dorothy's passing. She was Grandma Dorothy to Ruth when she was a little girl. Still have the little purple teddy she sent Ruth when Ruth was 5. Ayre Place was always a haven back in rowing days many years ago. Dorothy always had her own opinions! a woman ahead of her time. Doug, I'll check in for a cheesecake and coffee next time in St. John's. Sincerest condolences. Michael and daughter Ruth

Condolence: I remember your mom like it was yesterday....a young vibrant woman visiting with the Tipton's on Dartmouth Pl. many years ago. I've bumped into her at weddings and anniversaries and funerals over the many years since. She was always pleasant and kind. She had a way with a scarf or a brooch that set her apart. She always looked lovely. How lucky you were to have had such a lady for a mother. Please accept my sincere sympathies in your loss.
