Pond, Lloyd Roger - Passed suddenly away at his cabin on Friday, May 18, 2018, Lloyd Pond, age 66. Predeceased by his parents: Harry and Evelyn; brother Walter and father in law Johnny King. Leaving to mourn is adoring family, wife, Vicky; two daughters: Alison (Jeremy), Andrea and son Andrew (Krista); Grandchildren: Emily, Hannah, Lillian, Cameron, Sophia and Sarah. His brother’s family: Stephen (mother Una), Sharon and Michael (mother Doreen). A large circle of close in laws including mother in law Evelyn King. As well a large circle of family and close friends that will feel his loss.
A more doting husband and supportive father we will ever find. You brought light to our lives and you will shine on through our memories and the tender moments we have spent together. You have taken leave of us in physical form but we know you will watch over us always.
Visitation will be held at Barrett’s Funeral Home 73 Commonwealth Ave., Mt. Pearl on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 from 7:00m -9:00 and Thursday, May 24, 2018 from 3:00 -5:00 and 7:00 -9:00. Funeral service will be held on Friday, May 25, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. from Barrett’s Funeral Chapel, Mt. Pearl. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road. As expressions of sympathy donation’s may be made in Lloyd’s memory to the Canadian Cancer Society.
