Passed peacefully away on May 31, 2018 in the presence of his loving family, William James Oliver at the age of 74 years. Leaving to mourn wife Betty of 50 years; sons: Keith(Renee), Trevor (Michelle); grandchildren: Courtney (mother Angela), Ireland, Kennedy (mother Holly); brothers: Kevin (Janyce), Ron (Susan), Gary Karol, Eugene (Stephanie); sister-in-law: Dot Oliver; brother-in-law: Bill Johnson. As well as many nieces, nephews and a large circle of friends and neighbours. Predeceased by his parents Annie and John; sisters: Mary, Andrea; brothers: John, Louis, baby Raymond, Daniel, James, Raymond and baby Leo; niece: Roxanne Burton; nephew: Christopher Oliver; mother and father-in-law: Margaret and Chesley Johnson. A special thank you to Dr. Stephan Lee, nurses and staff at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital. Forever missed will be your sense of humour as well as quality time spent with grandchildren. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home 328 Hamilton Avenue on Sunday June 3, 2018 from 5-9pm. Funeral Service to take place at Barrett’s Chapel on Monday June 4, 2018 at 10:00 am.
