Oct. 24, 1942 – June 14, 2018


It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the sudden but peaceful
passing of Phoebe Collins (nee Earle). Pre-deceased by her husband George,
son Fred and daughter Elizabeth. Left with loving memories her special friend
and devoted partner Jim Lundrigan; Sons Gus (Bev), Jim (Michelle), Darrell (Dani);
Grandchildren Taylor, Ben, Korrie, Elizabeth and Daniel. Sisters Bessie, Dorothy,
Winnifred, Margaret, Jean, Hazel and brothers George and Gordon; Loving brother
and sister-in-law Rick and Geraldine. Special people in her life Maureen,
Tanya and Deanne, Christina (Will), Kera and Kacie and so many friends
and extended family who loved and adored her. A special thank you to Cindy
for her support and kindness and the staff at St. Clare's 7 West for their
care and compassion. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave.
Saturday, June 16th 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm, Sunday, June 17th
1-4 pm and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service to take place at Barrett’s Chapel
Tuesday, June 19th at 2 pm with interment to follow at Mount Pleasant
Cemetery. Flowers greatly accepted or donations in her memory to the
Heart and Stroke Foundation NL or the Diabetes Association of NL and Lab.
