BURTON, Charlotte “Jean” (nee Lane) – Passed peacefully away on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at the Palliative Care Unit of the Dr. L.A. Miller Centre, surrounded by her loving family, Charlotte “Jean” Burton (nee Lane) at age 82 years. Predeceased by her parents: Daniel and Hazel Lane; brothers: Ray and Danny; sister Bernice. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her sons: Kevin (Jeannine), Bernie (Paula), and Michael (Nadine); grandchildren: Andrew, Krystal (Kenneth), Amanda, Sandra (Robert), Megan (Greg), Peter (Kristen) and Hannah; great grandchildren: Autumn, Heidi, Chloe, Thomas, Evelyn and Brycen; sister Florence; also a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Special thank you to the staff at Barton’s Personal Care Home and the nursing staff at P.C.U. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl on Friday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Cremation to follow. Funeral service to be held from Barrett’s Mount Pearl Chapel on Monday, October 29th, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Interment to be held at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
