The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Wentzell, Simeon Harrison (RNC Deputy Chief Retired) - Passed peacefully away on November 14th 2018 at the Health Sciences Center, St. John's, at the age of 82 years, in the presence of his wife, son and Rev. David Burrows. Predeceased by parents Harrison and Leona, his brothers Angus and Varrie, his brother-in-law Charles Reid, his sister-in-law Meda, and his mother and father in-law Nellie and Max Morris.
Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 55 years Maxine (Morris), son Blair, and Poppy's men Max and Hudson (grandsons) and their mother Corinne. Also leaving his sister Charlotte Reid, brothers Hughie and Robert, sister-in-law Madalyn, brother-in-law Ronald Morris and wife Anne, nieces and nephews, cousins and many dear friends. Visitation at Barrett's Funeral Home in Mount Pearl on Saturday November 17th 2018 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm and Sunday November 18th from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. Funeral service at The Church of the Ascension, Smallwood Drive, Mount Pearl on Monday November 19th at 2:00pm.
