Condolence: Our thoughts and prayers are with all of my cousins and all the Lawrence families in this time of loss. I got to spend a small window of time with Uncle Berk along with my mother Susan. I'll never forget the hospitality shown to us by Uncle Berk and Aunt Freda. I had never had flipper pie before, I thought it was dolphin, HA! Wood Island boil ups,the lake cabin, and the trip to Bay L'Argent are memories I will carry forever.

Condolence: Uncle Berk was a gentleman, a fine father, with a wonderful sense of humour. He and my father Ben Dalton were the best of friends with many adventures and a couple of misadventures (think "swish barrel" and home brew bottles exploding). He always had a smile. May God grant him the peace he so richly deserves. My sincere condolences to my cousins and their families.

Condolence: Uncle Berk was such a fine man. My mom (Susan Brooks) spoke so very highly of him and all of his accomplishments. She so enjoyed the time she spent with him and Freda during her visits to Newfoundland. They are reunited again in heaven. Sincere condolences to the Lawrence family.

Condolence: To the Family of Berkley Lawrence;

We had the honour and pleasure of delivering meals on wheels to Berk on Turesday mornings. What a gentleman and friendly spirit one of great character and great integrity having served during WW11. We would have great conversations during which he shared his love of family, singing with the legionaries as well as current events and even politics. We are so sorry that he has passed away and we extend our deepest sympathies to all of the family. We too will miss him very much .
Sincerely.
