Passed peacefully away on Wednesday January 2, 2019 in St. John’s, NL, in her 59th year. She was predeceased by her father, Egide (Bobby) Gagnon, her mother, Mary Ellen Gagnon, and her sisters, Annette Gagnon and Louise Gagnon. Claire leaves to mourn: her husband, Bob Wilson, St. John’s, NL; her son, Michael Gagnon, St. John’s, NL; brothers and sisters: Paul (Beth) Gagnon, Harbourville, NS, Camille Pennell, Corner Brook, NL, Robert Gagnon, Conception Bay South, NL, Colette (Jacek) Prosniewski, Lawrencetown, NS; a large number of nieces and nephews; and many friends at the Agnes Pratt Home and in the North East Avalon Bahá’í community. Visitation will take place from 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 8, at Barrett’s Funeral Home (328 Hamilton Ave., St. John's). This will be followed by readings/prayers and reminiscences of Claire’s life at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel, and then the burial at the Salvation Army Cemetery (84-88 Blackmarsh Road).
