So sorry for the loss of Bertha - I sang with her a couple of years with the Chordially Yours Choir - enjoyed her voice so much. Loved to listen to her and her friend Gus Connors when they did their duets - it was so beautiful. We were all blessed to have her for so long and I am sure today - she is singing in a choir in Heaven!! RIP Dear Bertha

Condolence: I offer condolence and prayers to Bertha's family. We saw Bertha many times when my sisters and I visited Mom at St. Luke's. I feel your heartache as Mom (Theresa Buckley) passed on Jan 2 2019. Both our moms are now in our hearts forever. I remember Bertha fondly going about in her wheelchair always saying "Let me out". Bertha wish has been granted and she is now with God. God will look after our mothers for eternity. RIP. The Buckley Family

Condolence: We are going to miss this beautiful soul. Such a long and heathy life and she deserved every moment. We loved having her here for supper often until about a year ago. I could repay for the many meals she fed 'her boys' on Craigmillar. She was so articulate and lucid to talk with. It made us feel young just by having her in our company.
