Condolence: I was deeply saddened to learn of Frank's death. Frank was my 1st cousin and although 13 years older than me I knew from my earliest childhood. Listening to Frank and my Dad (Arch) talk about the Fogwill family history when I was a kid began my fascination with the Fogwills and led to decades of research in Devon and Newfoundland and a book on the family; so Frank had quite an impact.
