CAREY, Beverley Olga – Passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving family on Sunday, May 21, 2017, Beverley Carey, age 82 years. Predeceased by her parents, Maxwell and Jean Chaplin. Leaving to mourn, her loving husband James; her daughters: Lisa (Jim), Jennifer (Marc) and Nancy; granddaughters: Nicole (Ian) and Hailey; brothers: Murray (Geraldine) and Neil (Olga); sister: Valerie; brother-in-law: Justin (Judy); sisters-in-law: Betty (Richard) and Carm; a special family friend: Philomena, many nieces and nephews, and a large circle of family and friends. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at Glenbrook Lodge for their loving care and support. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue, on Wednesday, May 24, from 1-9pm. Funeral service to take place from Barrett’s Funeral Chapel on Thursday, May 25, 2017 at 2:00pm, with interment to follow at General Protestant Cemetery. Following cemetery service, a reception will be held at Barrett’s reception lounge on 328 Hamilton Avenue. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in Beverley’s memory may be made to the SPCA or Heavenly Creatures.
