POMEROY, Roberta (nee Manuel)- Formally of St. Anthony, born in Catalina. Passed peacefully away at St. Luke’s Nursing home on Saturday, December 2, 2017. Roberta Pomeroy age 97 years. Predeceased by her husband Donald (October 17, 1999). Left to remember with wonderful memories her three daughters: Beth (Dwight Noseworthy), Lorna (Neil Coffin) and Phil (Shirley Oldford); 5 grandchildren: Mike (Sharon), Susan (Brad), Rob (Jennifer), Stephen (Kathy) and Jeff (Tracey); 9 great grandchildren: Liam, Kearin, Connor, Kelyn, Thomas, Adam, Amy, Joshua and Kayleigh. As well as many nieces, nephews and friends all who are dearly loved. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home 73 Commonwealth Ave., on Monday, December 4, 2017 from 2:00 -4:00 and 7:00 -9:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. from Barrett’s Funeral Chapel, Mt. Pearl. Interment to follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made in Roberta’s memory to St. Luke’s Nursing Home.
