The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Robert Birmingham can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Robert “Sparky” Patrick Birmingham – Passed peacefully away at home, on Friday, July 13, 2018. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife of 45 years Viola; son: Chris (Joanne); daughters: Michelle (Chris), Tracey (Mike); grandchildren whom he adored: Jordyn, Kyle, Riley, Julia, Mason, Ben, Karter & Mackenzie. As well as many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home 328 Hamilton Avenue, on Monday, July 16, from 7-9pm and Tuesday, July 17, from 2-9 pm. Funeral service to take place at Barrett’s Chapel on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at 1:00 pm. Inurnment to follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Flowers will be gratefully accepted or donations may be made in Robert’s memory to The Janeway Children’s Hospital Foundation.
