The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Beatrice Hussey can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Sharon & Wayne Taylor & Family

Wayne & I were sad to hear of Beatrice's passing. We have many memories of her visiting in our home in Kilbride over the years when she and Wayne's dad Cyril were close friends. Often when we would see her she would love to hold hands in our vestibule before going home and she would sing a song about friends! What a cute little song that was! She was indeed a unique person and always had a story to tell that would make you laugh. I think one of her goals in life was to live to be 100 so that she could get birthday wishes from Queen Elizabeth! Well she surpassed that milestone by four yrs! We know she will be sadly missed. May you all take comfort in that "Blessed Hope" of reuniting with our loved ones again in Heaven one day! Sorry I am unable to attend her funeral as I am in Ottawa at present. God bless and keep you strong in the days ahead. Sharon & Wayne Taylor
