OSMOND, Frank “Spider” – May 9, 1945 – February 14, 2018
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our loving husband, father, grandfather Frank “Spider” Osmond age 72 years of Mount Pearl. Frank passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at the Palliative Care Unit of the Dr. L.A. Miller Centre. Frank was predeceased by his parents: William and Monica; brother Peter; and brother-in-law Ian Osmond. Frank will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 51 years Joyce (nee Callahan); his children: Gerry Madden (Tanya), Ken Madden (Sue), Kim Losinski (Mike), Tracey Pretty (Dean), Denise Lyall (Chris); his grandchildren and his best buddy Chris (Jenn), Alexandria, Jessica, Emily, Tyler, Megan, Connor, and Rowen. Also leaving behind his brother Arch Osmond (Trudy); sisters: Cathy Sheehan (Jim), Susan Smith (Neil), Marion Whelan (Shawn) and Peggy; also numerous nieces, nephews and a large circle of extended family and friends; along with all his biker brothers. Visitation to be held from Barrett’s Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl on Thursday and Friday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral Mass to be held from Mary Queen of the World Parish, Topsail Road on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Cremation to follow the service. Interment to be held at a later date.
