The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Miller, Cecil Roy - Passed peacefully away in the presence of loving family on Monday, January 7th, 2019 at the age of 87 years. Predeceased by his first wife Millicent (Drover) Miller (1980), parents: Orlando and Lydia; brothers: William, Bob, Mark, Albert, Max; sisters: Mary and Ethel and granddaughter Lydia. Leaving to mourn with precious memories his wife Gloria; Children: Gail (Jamie) Brewer, Ann (Walter) George, Wendy (Barry) Gilmour, Candace (Paul) Taylor and April (Robin Knee) Miller; Grandchildren: Candace, Erin, Emily, Lee, Rebecca, Megan, Mark, Jared, Colten, Reece, Lily; Great grandchildren: Grace and Rylie; Brothers: Leslie (Marilyn) Pearce (Darcy) and Sister Dorothy (Bob) Woodcock; Step grandchildren: Christopher, Michael, Lauryn, Gavin, Demar, Kedeen, Tajay and Kamila. As well as a large circle of relatives and friends. Special thank you to all the wonderful nurses and doctors who cared for him at the hospitals and Glenbrook Lodge. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place at Barrett's Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Ave., Mount Pearl, Sunday January 13th from 12-7pm, service to follow in Barrett’s Funeral Chapel.
